Maybe someone or something (love) (aliens) are trying to talk to you, or have you see something visualy, or audio like.
Let it happen, dont think about the pain, just know and feel that something is happening, let it flow, let your mind go.. and relax..
Two aliens visited my companions room one, and both of them each touched our leg, and when I didnt want to feel what I was feeling, they both left. The one touched my leg and I felt vibrations, it was cool, but it was new so I moved my leg cause the vibrations were starting to go all through my leg and up.. so I didnt know what would happen, but truth is, we all shouldnt be afraid. All anyone is trying to do is help us, specially spiritually, we lack spiritual meaning all over the world. If you are able to talk or communicate with this energy, or someone.. then this could be good, give it a chance, you might be a channeler for some higher information.

Kind of a tickling, almost burning, but not really painful. Also a feeling like someone is messing with the hair at the top of your head. These are physical manifestations of energy going into our systems like it is supposed to. It's a normal process and there's nothing to fear. It's our higher energy bodies making better contact with our physical form.

your psyhic centre is beginning to respond to stimuli around you. i had this happen to me when i was 14. I'm 22 now.

If find phycical contact with the area will prevent it. If it starts to throb. Massage the centre of your forehead where the throbbing is. It should disspate.

You can either try to open yourself to these presences (which may or may not be malicious) by not being afraid or you could try learning some psychic self defence. You can look this up yourself as there are numerious example of psychic self defence from the simple to the complicated.

If you are afraid that there may be something wrong, i wouldn't worry unduly about it. i had the same problem which continued on and off for a few years. At the moment its totally under my control and i can either open/close this energy centre at will.


I'm not sure if that makes you/me an indigo child as it were, but certainly the aura of that region is violet/indigo with white crystals appearing to glitter in the light. Not sure if you have the same experience.

try massaging/touching the forehead in future if the sensation is uncomfortable.

I would agree with some other comments. This is just your "third eye" awakening.

The presence you feel could be anything. Angel, alien, fairies, and yes, it could be an evil spirit of some sort, but they are not as common.

Any concerns you are feeling are probably just fear of an new experience and probably not the entity involved.

You can begin to develop this "seeing" if you work with it. It is good to ask for assistance from helpful, empowering spirit guides when doing this. Evil spirits are attracted to "the light" that will emanate from you when you tap into this power.

Welcome to the group. I have notices as I am getting older, my sensitivities are getting stronger. My perception of what some people call aliens is beings that exist along different frequencies. Those of us sensitive enough to perceive them will be interacted with. There's a lot going on in the cosmos and here around us. There's a reason why our dormant senses are being activated. Change is afoot darlin' hang on tight and enjoy the ride.

I have similar situations—not exactly the same, but close enough in principle. The first time this happened to me, I was confused and frustrated: I had no idea what to do. Finally, I said: “Help!”. I heard a voice that said, about time he asked for help . . . and then a whole new realm opened up for me.

I've never had such a thing, but offer this:
The throbbing you describe is something coming through the channel of a physical sensation. If you believe this is some "presence" you may be more able to look at what the "presence" is through other means. You may try focusing on what your closed eyes see during this sensation, or what your emotional awareness feels.. maybe focusing on allowing the "presence" to become evident in a way you've never experienced before... I'd love to hear an update of what transpires, and thanks for sharing this.

Classic signs of third eye opening. The energetic transition can be qualified and made more coherent with crystal work too. The tribe "crystals" and "crystal solutions" can be of help with that. You're pretty young for a third eye opening. You may have a talent for moving energy. You do want to go slowly.

when i get this i get a feeling in the top of my head and behind it too just about where the cerebellum is.
Then i feel calm and my chest expands and my hand and feet feel thick, it is a nice feeling for a moment everything is just so smooth. I can assure you it is something for good. when being attacked you get a whole lot different feeling, is not fear rather a sense of unease and suspicion just before the attack.

i would recommend you to try on seeing peoples auras, when you start noticing patterns it will all become so much easier and fun to deal with :D

am guys I've lately have had some itching in my thumbs, does anyone know about this?? This happens on my feet too, they just suddenly get far warmer then anything else in my body and the counterpart to the nails closer to the others fingers starts to itch.
