Immortality versus Eternity

I would like to initiate a discussion at investigating a potential primary spiritual paradigm distinction being between Eternity versus Immortality. One of the major assumptions of this paradigm difference is that most souls are trapped in 3d within the paradigm of Eternity. This occurs through erroneous spiritual information that keeps people trapped in the wheel of time and karmic relationships.

Does anyone have any perspectives about this?

Kind of reminds me of the movie, Death Becomes Her.

I'm not really sure how to comment on this subject, but I will dive in for a moment...

I believe there is more validity to eternity, mainly because it resonates with spirit. Where as immortality seems to resonate with the body/physical realm.

While I agree that many people are caught up and trapped in a wheel of time and karma, I also feel that the choice to break free of this habitual linear thinking, will soon present itself.

I feel that door is already open, and many of us have walked through. Many of us came into this body with the door already open. Some, have recently opened the door, while still others are not aware that any door exists. You cant blame them. The human experience should truly be experience itself.

Immortal body? Not for me, I want my spirit and soul to experience many forms, in many dimensions. Why not an infinite amount of bodies and forms. Who is to say that I have not done so already? Who is to say that every human soul has not done so already. We are capable of so much!

Immortal spirit? Well maybe that is what eternity is all about. The thought of my spirit flowing far and wide, both inward and outward experiencing all. Sounds awesome.

    Peace

WOW Yeah I think that time is an illusion... so why do we wait.. for 2012... get it? Maybe the last of the fools wait for a time thats not of existence for the purpose of everlasting life, only happens through everlasting keen ship with love divine devotion to finding ones true self..
      maybe

Like i told myself today... how can I be so sure, I know anything... How can I say and leave my soul up for Time.. whose function does not truly exist.. and yet I think.. that for evolution I need to wait.. for Time.. the one thing we are trying to get out of our heads...
There is spiritual ego... the ego loves power... and so its becomeing to me an ego thing.. to believe time is real, yet contridict oneself in the sence they dont believe in time or they say oh I know time doesnt exist, and I cant wait till 2012 for evolution..
isnt that the biggest obvious notion that someone hasnt learned the TRUE beauty and essencee of nothing vs everything... it cancels its self out and just IS
Time exists for the growth to believe there is time.... with the help of time.. one can heal, dance, beg, steal, sing, and produce painful magic or healing magic.. but all occurs within the boundries of the infamous non existence of TIME
So maybe 1111 is also to remind of there is only One time for the True, or truth...
I dunno do you know? Get it.??
I always tell myself.. " you can leave at anytime.. cause time doesnt exist"
and chuckle to myself ah ahahaha
then I grasped my breath and realized... the Me doesnt exist.. its only "I" I also looks like the Ones in 11111 hahahaha maybe there is something... going on... or maybe... its nothing at all OoOoOoOo

I was just listening to some Bashar and they were talking about this...

Essentially, Karma is self imposed due to the belief that some kind of balance is required.... within the infinite all exists already and the law of attraction may appear to be enforcing karma but it is our reaction to what comes our way that actually determines whether the definition of karma that most people subscribe to appears to exist or not for us. If you believe that you are due some karmic retribution for something then your reality will reflect that reality to you and you may experience the karmic balance.

We incarnate in order to explore certain themes and it is entirely down to us (on some level) as to how long we live and when we transition back to non-physical reality. It is possible to live indefinitely in physical reality, however, on the souluar level this is often not a requirement, thus it doesn't happen.

    Non-physical = infinity
Physical = journey through infinity which often appears to have a beginning and end, thus being finite... a finite point within infinity is still really infinity.. ;)
